Why we’re different
Any startup that relies on e-commerce lives and dies by its website. That’s why we build e-commerce sites that showcase our clients’ products and turn more prospects into sales.
Building a successful web business is often a costly endeavour—and rightly so. It’s a complex process that requires content strategy, design, development, and data entry—and you’ll usually need someone to manage it all. Depending on the scope of the project, a tailor-made e-commerce site from a traditional web agency, done right, can easily cost tens of thousands of dollars.
While we certainly respect those agencies, we think this model presents a significant barrier to entry for small businesses. Most startups simply don't have the capital to invest in a first-class web experience. The result? Many turn to pre-made templates and “do it yourself” solutions that frustrate—rather than delight—their customers.
What can we do about this? First, we can charge less up front. A lot less.
Here’s how it works
We can charge less than the traditional agencies by forming a mutually beneficial partnership with you.
When a client needs a new website to sell her widgets, we propose a small down payment and a fixed-term revenue sharing agreement based on sales from the website, instead of a flat project cost. When the agreement expires, she can choose to continue the partnership, or return the website to us.
Your site is unique, so we’ll work with you to find the agreement that works best for your business. We base our agreements on the complexity of the development, expected sales volumes, and other factors.
Your success is our success
We don’t just sit back and make you go it alone, either. We stand behind our work, so maintenance and upgrades are always part of the partnership. We want your new site to succeed just as much as you do.
